BFI NETWORK Showcase and Social (19:00-22:00) - £3

Having spent the day with the BFI NETWORK team at the free film industry masterclasses, now's your chance to actually see what the BFI NETWORK makes! See a small selection of films that the BFI NETWORK has funded, all made by local filmmakers, and then stick around to meet, chat and have a drink together.

With a wide variety of filmmaking voices and genres on show, you'll have the pleasure of seeing some of the finest filmmaking talent in the region and have the chance to talk with some of the filmmakers afterwards too.

Booking a ticket for this screening secures entry to a networking social event afterwards, also held in the Electric Palace, where a small bar tab will be available for attendees. The whole 'Hastings Takeover' day is all about bringing the BFI NETWORK team and local filmmakers, wherever they might be in their career or craft, together to celebrate each other's work and to encourage new filmmaking collaborations in the region.
