Online tickets are on sale until an hour before the performance.
You no longer need to bring along a print out of your receipt if we can view it on your phone/device on entry, as this is your ticket!
Online tickets have an additional fee of 9% (up to a maximum of £2) added to them, this is to cover the costs of the credit card services which we are charged.
Please note your online booking does not guarantee you specific seats, please just arrive in good time to select the seat(s) of your choice.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, tickets are not available on the door. Doors open 60 minutes before the start of the screening/event.
Advance tickets are only available online.

If you experience any problems trying to book tickets, please can you send as much information as possible to email@example.com, including what browser you are using and any error messages. (A screenshot if you are able with any error messages would be great!) Some users have experienced issues with our site and any information would be really helpful to resolve them. Thanks!
Customers purchasing advance tickets online have the right to cancel their bookings. During the Covid-19 Pandemic we require 48 hours notice prior to the screening date, in writing or via email, please email us with your booking details and contact information. We will refund the ticket amount via credit card or we can issue you a credit note valid for one year to be used for future film screenings of your choice. The booking fee is non-refundable.
