Taking inspiration from the Prince Charles Cinema in London, we're launching a competition: Mimic a Film Scene!
During the first lockdown in 2020, the Electric Palace staff and volunteers amused ourselves with a Guess the Film quiz, which unleashed lots of creativity with homemade props and a lateral way of thinking.
For a bit of jollity this year, we're throwing open the fun to Electric Palace supporters.
How to enter our Mimic a Film Scene competition
We want you to recreate your favourite shot from film, using whatever props and costumes you have to hand. Take a photo of your work and ping it to us along with the original shot so we can see how well you have done.
Email your entries to info@electricpalacecinema.com with the subject line 'Mimic a Film Scene'.
Please include your name, age and please note we will be sharing the entries on our social media accounts and enewsletter, as we're sure they will be brilliant!

What's the prize?
1st prize: 2 tickets for a film of your choice plus Prosecco for two.
Depending on how many entries we receive, there could be more winning categories.
