Now in its fourth year of running, the Hastings Film Fringe has linked with the Hastings Fringe to create a platform for filmmakers and performers alike, to showcase their work; features and shorts respectively.

Sean’s vicious attack leaves a man unconscious and him stranded in an elevator with five others. In the confines of the lift, love has a chance of blossoming – violence has a chance of erupting – Sean has little chance of escape. With his freedom hanging in the balance can the people who fear him offer him one last chance of redemption?

Two ill-matched men are thrown together when they become Live-In Guardians of a 200 year old townhouse in the East End of London. But living with each other is the least of their problems as there is more to the house than meets the eye.
