Jenny Hammerton is a film archivist who is obsessed with what her Hollywood film idols liked to eat and drink. She's been collecting the signature dishes of her favourite actresses and actors for many years and has been writing about them since 2006 on the Silver Screen Suppers website. As part of the event she will be introducing and signing her latest book, Cooking the Detectives.
Part of our second TV Festival bringing small screen classics to the big screen in an annual celebration of John Logie Baird whose experiments in early television technology took place right here in Hastings over 100 years ago giving the town the moniker, Birthplace of Television.
